CLARKSBURG, W.Va. WBOY — The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking assistance from the public in finding a fugitive last spotted in north central West Virginia. Michael Daryl Long Jr., 38, is wanted on drug-related charges, including possession with intent to distribute meth, conspiracy to commit malicious assault on a correctional employee, and parole violations.
In 2018, Long was involved in an incident in Harrison County where deputies discovered him asleep in his vehicle, which contained various drugs, including meth.
Long is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He is also known by the nickname Lil’ Mike. Authorities report that he has a history of drug possession, fleeing law enforcement, and resisting arrest.
