I started the newspaper because I have long had a passion for journalism, news, and education. I’d like to see students become more media literate and civically engaged through writing and reading the news.  My goal for the Blue & Gold Gazette is to see students engaged and excited about producing and reading stories relevant to themselves and their community.  A fun fact about myself is that I LOVE Reese’s Butter Cups, and I’ve partied backstage with Bruno Mars and his crew.
