PROVIDENCE — On January 14, Rhode Island law enforcement agencies coordinated a series of arrests related to federal probation violations and drug trafficking offenses.

Alex Bradley, 45, was arrested by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force on a Federal Arrest Warrant for a probation violation linked to a previous bomb threat charge.

Bradley, whose last known address was in Johnston, was taken into custody and transferred to the United States Marshals Service before being transported to the Rhode Island Federal Courthouse.

In a separate operation, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area HIDTA Task Force, in collaboration with the United States Postal Inspection Service, arrested Abraham Rahed, 47, and Nelson Rahed, 24, both from Coventry.

The two men faced multiple drug charges, including possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, Adderall, and Suboxone, as well as conspiracy related to controlled substances.

The Raheds were processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division District Court, where they were held without bail. The investigation is ongoing.
