ALBANY, Ga. – Similar conditions will persist on Sunday with more showers and storms expected by late morning and early afternoon. Temperatures will climb to the upper 80s and low 90s as the afternoon heat fuels the storms.
No severe weather is anticipated, but some storms may bring gusty winds and isolated flash flooding. Rain will taper off by late evening, with lows returning to the 70s by Sunday night into Monday morning.
This wet pattern will continue into the week. If you don’t get any rain, it will stay hot and humid. Rain is possible every day through next weekend.
