New Steel Mill in California to Bring Hundreds of High-Paying Jobs

MOJAVE, CA (Thechieftainspear) – Pacific Steel Group has broken ground on a new micro mill in Mojave, marking the first steel mill construction in California in more than half a century. The facility is set to revolutionize the industry by producing steel with zero carbon emissions, aligning with the state’s ambitious climate and sustainability goals.

Situated in Kern County, the project is expected to create approximately 700 jobs across various sectors, including welding, robotics, and automation.
