West, who has faced difficulties raising funds for his campaign, is already on the ballot in several states, including Colorado, Oregon, Vermont, and South Carolina. Recently, a federal judge ordered North Carolina to include West on the ballot after his Justice For All party was initially denied access. However, Michigan removed West from the ballot on Friday because some of his campaign’s paperwork was not properly notarized.
Kennedy is on the ballot in more states than West, including California, Maine, Michigan, New Mexico, and North Carolina. However, he is still far from being on the ballot in all 50 states. Kennedy mentioned that getting on the ballot has been a significant challenge as a third-party candidate.
