A 20-year-old man has died following a shooting on Sunday in the Loris area, according to police.
Anari “Nari” As-Sabur from Loris was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries on Monday. The shooting happened near Wright Road, Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden said in an email.
Horry County Police arrived around 6 p.m. to respond to the shooting near the South Carolina/North Carolina border, which involved multiple people.
The report stated that two victims were taken to the hospital in personal vehicles. The condition of the third person shot is unknown.
