L.A. County(Thechieftainspear) –  A 75-year-old woman has been missing for two days, and her family is pleading for the public’s assistance in locating her.

Carmen Bird was last seen at her home on Marbel Avenue in Downey around 4 p.m. on March 20, according to police. She had been speaking with her husband, but when he stepped into another room and returned, she was gone.

Authorities say Bird has dementia and requires daily medication, which she left behind. She also has a history of wandering off without informing her husband.

Concerned family members have taken to social media to spread the word, urging local residents in Southeast Los Angeles County to remain vigilant. Bird’s daughter shared a heartfelt message, revealing that her mother left without her tracking device and medical bracelet.
