Four men from the Bronx, New York, have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery involving a FedEx driver in Harvard, Massachusetts.
The suspects are believed to have targeted the delivery on Stow Road when they approached the driver and forcibly took a package, issuing verbal threats of being armed but not displaying a weapon.
Surveillance footage from nearby homes suggested the suspects had been monitoring the delivery, indicating premeditation.
The suspects, identified as Reily Liriano Elena 23, Henry Batista Mackensy 22, Anderson Torres Cepin (24), and Jason Vargas Gomez 25, were arrested the following day after a crash on I-95 in Rhode Island.
They face charges related to possession of a stolen vehicle, reckless driving, and obstruction of justice. They are also expected to face charges in Massachusetts related to the robbery.
