KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An Arkansas man charged with attempted first-degree murder for allegedly attacking a liquor store employee last year has entered a no contest plea.
Amanjit Singh made his plea this week in Johnson County court.
The incident occurred on June 12, 2023, at Stonebridge Liquors on W. 67th Street and Nieman Road, where police were called. The victim reported that Singh came into the store and attacked her with a knife, stabbing her multiple times.
Singh will be sentenced in Johnson County court on October 30 at 1:30 p.m.
