A 43-year-old man from Delaware was driving a 2023 Kia Sorento north when he veered into the southbound lane. This resulted in a head-on collision with a 2023 Jeep Wrangler driven by a 64-year-old man from Aaronsburg.

The impact of the crash was severe. The Kia driver, his 40-year-old female passenger, and the young girl were all seriously injured and had to be airlifted to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for treatment.
