Holiday Spirit Week Kicks Off Break
December 12, 2022
North Little Rock High School kicks off the upcoming holiday break with a spirit week on Dec. 12 through Dec.16.
Madison Watson, NLRHS’s Student Council President, says, “I love spirit week, I think it gives students freedom to express themselves and it allows everyone to get involved with school events.”
Madison shared her thoughts on the week-long celebration. She states, “I feel like all students should be included in school spirit.
NLRHS sophomore Khylin Fields states, “I like school spirit because it can have a positive outcome on us and the memories we can hold onto later in life.” He also goes on to state, “I feel like spirit week gives students another reason to come to school and get more active in school activities.”
Spirit week will consist of different activities each day. Each day’s theme will be listed below:
Monday: Dress in all white
Tuesday: Dress in tropical attire
Wednesday: Dress as Santa, an elf, a reindeer, a present, etc.
Thursday: Ugly Christmas Sweater
Friday: Holiday Pj’s
Hopefully everyone dresses up and gets in the Christmas spirit at North Little Rock High School.
